| :1-Order the trophies, plaques, lollipops, whatever you plan to give away as people pre-register. You have collected their money, they paid for a spot in the judged car show so there is no reason NOT to have a trophy for that category. Trophies delivered @ the closing banquet :Two months prior to the convention you have a pretty good idea of the categories that are being filled so ordering the "awards" should happen by then. :2-Order the award from a local shop so if there is an issue you can deal with it in person. Trophies delivered @ the closing banquet :3-Let the shop know you may need some trophies last minute and give them a list of possible categories they may need to make. Trophies delivered @ the closing banquet
:4-Some may not get an "award" at the closing banquet so have a blank trophy so they can get their picture taken.
:5-the missing awards should be ordered within two weeks of the closing banquet and in the mail within a month of the end of ZCON
